AI結合時尚產業 元智大學開發虛擬試穿系統 | 流行消費 | 生活 | 聯合新聞網
AI當道，時尚產業也要結合科技技術。元智大學電機系師生就開發一款虛擬試穿系統，消費者只要拍下自己的身形照，即可模擬不同衣服穿在身上的效果，可應用在實體店面或網路電商。元智大學今天舉行記者會，分享學校團隊結合AI相關技術的研究成果。元智大學校長吳志揚表示，AI是未來產業重要的方向，元智幾年前就推動跨領域跨學院課程，為A團購熱門商品限時下殺I好康活動比價撿便宜人才培訓做準備，民國107年成立人工智慧跨域創新應用中心，並與遠東集團各事業體合作。 他說，今年適逢創校30週年，在遠東集團支持下，元智還將成立「AI計算力平台」，建構高速運算環境和設備，以提升AI研發實力。元智團隊也研優惠專區非逛不可發的虛擬試穿系統結合2D影像處理，成本較低且簡便有效率。元智大學電機工程系主任陳敦裕表示，消費者只要拍下身形照後，就可透過虛擬試穿系統，點選喜歡的衣服，系統會使用AI技術進行影像生成，並透過深度學習模型將衣服合成到人像上，消費者不必試穿，就可得知試穿衣服的效果。陳敦裕說，目前國外已推出3D虛擬試穿，但設備成本高，且消費者可能需在試衣間僅著網路熱賣商品省錢方法內衣褲進行3D建模，不只耗時且可能涉及個人隱私。陳敦裕表示，團隊約花1年時間研發虛擬試穿系統，下一階段將繼續提升試穿照片的清晰度，並納入不同尺寸衣服穿在消費者身上的試穿效果，未來除了和遠東集團旗下的新竹巨城購物中心合作外，目前已有電商業者表達合作意願。研究團隊也和巨城購物中心合作，開發人流技術系統，協助觀測購物中心進出人流量和各區塊停留的人潮與時間。陳敦裕表示，在影像分類的基礎上加入定位功能，就能讓電腦擁有視覺，辨別影像中的物件和位置，應用在商場時，就能掌握人潮流動狀況，有助於業者瞭解經濟效益和規劃動線；也可加入專注力識別系統，當商場舉辦特展時，就能知道駐足停留人數，藉此判斷展覽的效益。元智大學今天舉行記者會，分享學校團隊結合AI相關技術的研究成果。記者章凱閎／攝影 分享 facebook
WTO食品禁令敗訴 日媒：安倍晉三罕見震怒
日本首相安倍晉三（左）與加拿大總推薦實用3C理杜魯多的聯合記者會中，曾表達推動WTO改革決心。 （美聯社） 分享 facebook 日本外務省16日在自民黨黨中央會議上，對於世界貿易組織（WTO）爭端解決機制認可南韓限制日本水產品進口的裁決，承認應對不足，戰略層面需要反省。會中，部分議員要求研議對南韓的報復措施，以及對水產業者的救濟。這可能成為日本政府今後商議重點。. } }); } 日本因南韓禁止日本8縣產水產進口，2015年向WTO提起訴訟，指南韓具差別性且超過必要的貿易限制違反國際貿易規則，爭端解決機制一審裁決日本勝訴，要求南韓修正，二審結果本月11日發表，推翻一審裁決，認定南韓限制措施妥適。共同社等報導，自民黨16日召開水產、外交聯合會議。外務省說明，WTO上訴機構以一審時專家裁決的法律分析不充分為由，推翻其裁決，可能是因食品安全爭論容易傾向於謹慎判斷，而影響到了結果。外務省幹部在會議上指稱，政府整體未能充分基於食品安全狀況斟酌戰略，需要反省。在需要高度政治判斷的場合，過度依賴僱用的專家與律師事務所等，也是需反省之處。產經新聞指出，WTO訴訟被逆轉出乎外務省預料之外，也讓首相官邸對外務省極為不滿，認為外務省因一審勝訴便有所輕慢。外務省人士透露，日本首相安倍晉三雷霆大怒，第一次看到安倍如此生氣並試圖壓抑自己情緒的模樣。會中也有議員主張探討對抗韓國的措施，但沒有具體化。自民黨水產綜合調查會會長濱田靖一會後對媒體表示「這或許是選項之一，但需要討論。」
